We make the process of renting casino tables for your event as simple and convenient as possible by breaking it down into 4 steps. The process begins with you contacting us for information. We will ask questions about the event you are planning to get an understanding of what you need. With the information gathered in Step One, we will prepare a Price Quote. If you accept the Quote and decide to proceed, the next step is the Service Agreement for your event. Once we have an agreement in place, the last step is the deposit to officially book us for your event.
When you contact us for information we will start by gathering information about your event. The information we will need to give you an accurate price quote includes:
Based on the information gathered, we will put together a quote sheet for your review. The quote sheet will give you the price and the event details including the number of tables and dealers included.
After you have reviewed the quote and decide to hire us for your event, we will create the service agreement. The Service Agreement includes the details about your event included on the accepted Quote. The Agreement also includes the deposit details, the agreed upon equipment delivery time, and the terms and conditions of the Event Booking.
Once the signed Service Agreement has been returned, a deposit will need to be placed to finalize your event booking. The deposit can be paid by mailing a check to our office or with a credit card by following the payment link that will be provided with the Service agreement. The deposit amount varies depending on the total event price. The deposit is transferrable but non-refundable except under specific circumstances.
